How to remove the dent in the mold?

First, let’s see the cause of the dent as below:

1.Each part of the product has different thickness

2.Mold internal pressure is insufficient

3.Mold cooling is not sufficient

4.Deformation due to insufficient cooling time

For the dent problem, we have the following 3 solutions:

1.Instant: Increase injection pressure, prolong injection pressure holding time, reduce cylinder temperature and mold temperature, forced cooling in the place of dents.

2.Short - term: Apply top edge where dents are made. Make this part of the edge thicker when there is a narrow space in the material where the dent is made.

3.Long-term: Differences in thickness of design products should be completely avoided. Easy to produce a dent reinforcement, narrow shape should be as short as possible.
